Lots of Exciting Activities
+ precious hidden gems!

Starting from Belfast City Hall or your Belfast city centre hotel, you’ll step onboard a luxury vehicle driven by a long-experienced driver, and be personally welcomed and looked after by a local tour guide. First, you’ll travel to the Navan Centre and Fort, a place where myth and reality meet. This is the ancient fort of Emain Macha, where it’s said that Macha the ancient goddess of war and fertility, scored the outline of the fort into the earth with her brooch.

You’ll be invited into an iron age dwelling to learn how our ancestors lived, worked, slept and ate, and share in our great tradition of storytelling, hearing the stories and myths they shared around the fire. Then we’re bound for the Armagh Cider Company, the home of some of the most delicious ciders and apple juices in the world. Owned by the Troughton family who’ve been tending the orchards for four generations. Such was the fame and renown of Armagh cider that King William even despatched his own cider maker here to ensure there was plenty of refreshment for his army! On a private tour, you’ll meet the Troughton family, follow the entire cidermaking process from blossom to bottle, get an insight into the different varieties and blends, enjoy a tasting session and a light lunch.

You’ll visit Carrickfergus Castle, Glenarm Castle, Dunluce Castle, the Carrick-A-Rede (note: bridge crossing is weather permitting) and finish off at UNESCO World Heritage Site The Giant’s Causeway. Along the way, we’ll take you to some incredible hidden gems – places only locals know about!

As you travel, your guide will share the myths and legends of Ireland, with tales of fairies, giants, leprechauns and swans adding another fascinating dimension to the trip.
